I.D. Thermo Liners - TOTAL Custom Fit Innerboots
Presenting Dalbello's 100% total custom fit high performance innerboot program. Developed jointly by engineers from Dalbello and Intuition® Sports of Vancouver Canada (manufacturer of the original "Thermo" liner), I.D. Thermo Liners are the lightest (210 grams/liner), warmest, and best fitting heat moldable ski boot innerboots on the market.

Three unique I.D. Thermo Custom innerboot design constructions – “WRAP”, “CLASSIC” and “TOUR” – are expressly engineered to optimize fit and performance with Dalbello’s popular Krypton, Scorpion, Viper, and V.I.R.U.S. performance ski boot architectures. Each I.D. Thermo Custom innerboot is precisely patterned and factory pre-formed inside each shell, and is constructed with lightweight Ultralon® EVA foam. I.D. Thermo Custom innerboot designs and constructions are proprietary to Dalbello and are available only from Dalbello.

“WRAP” INNERBOOTS

Used with Dalbello’s Cabrio Design/3 Piece Architecture boot models and featured in 5 KRYPTON series models. “WRAP” pattern innerboots feature a unique overlapping, foot wrapping design that does not include a conventional innerboot tongue. “WRAP” innerboots completely surround and envelop the foot for uniform foot hold with unmatched sensitivity and control. I.D. Thermo Custom Innerboots are factory pre-formed to fit right out of the box. Or, they may be 100% custom formed to the contours of the foot using a simple heat molding procedure. I.D. Thermo Custom Innerboots need not even be removed from the boot shells for this procedure. The entire boot liner is 100% custom formed to the anatomical contours of the foot. Every small movement in the skier's lower leg and foot is sensed. The boot-to-ski responsiveness is unmatched by anything else.

I.D. Thermo Custom Innerboots have been specifically engineered and patterned for each respective Dalbello boot model in which they are featured . All I.D. Thermo liners are factory pre-formed and heat molded in Dalbello boot shells. This perfect liner-to-shell mating eliminates relative movement between liner and shell. The result: enhanced sensitivity, better snow feel, and more precise transfer of energy to the ski.
