Emma is from the small village of Torsby in the middle of Sweden is the spearhead against the male dominated Swedish freestyle scene. While the guys from the far north have been shaking things up since the inception of New School skiing, it seems as if the females have been somewhat shyer, until recently. Emma Dahlström has been collecting top slopestyle and big air results since 2010. A win at the European Open in 2011 and at the Monster Big Air in Whistler in 2012 thrust Emma onto the international freeski stage. With a ski instructor father, she was already sliding on skis at just two years old, yet after beginning with Alpine racing, Emma switched to snowboarding when she was nine. However, four years later the rock music and guitar enthusiast, switched back to skiing and found freestyle. Many days in the Snowpark of Kläppen took her to the top, her biggest motivation, however, is her love for the mountains.

2. What do you use this boot for?: Park skiing
3. Why do you like this boot?: It's a boot that is stiff but still comfortable. Gives me the stability that I need in the park.
4. Why do you like being a part of the Dalbello team?: Dalbello is on point, and definitely when it comes to boots for park n' touring, which I do the most. Happy to be a part of a team where I never have to doubt the product.

6. What age did you start skiing?: Around 1,5 yrs old
7. Biggest breakthrough in your ski career: When I won European Freeski Open 2011 and X Games gold 2015
8. Favorite Place to ride: Kläppen, Sweden
9. Your Best Ski Trip you have done: My first year in Snow Park NZ, 1,5 months of skiing in one of the best parks in the world and then we finished it with one month of roadtripping thru New Zealand and then a stop in Bali for three weeks with surfing.
10. Ski destination where you haven’t been and would like to go?: Powder hunting in Japan!

12. What do you do when you are not skiing?: Playing my guitar, surfing, working out or going on adventures with my van Buster n' my boyfriend
13. How do you train to keep in shape for skiing?: Gym, Trampoline, running, XC skiing, skating, surfing, yoga. I'm a restless woman
14. What can’t you live without: My family, skiing and my guitar
15. What are 3 things we should know about you?: I'm stubborn when it comes to learning new things, I always carry a camera around and I'm pretty shy when I meet new people.
