Grew up in the Pacific Northwest at the foot hills of Mt. Baker. Started working professionally as a mountain guide at the age of 20 and have worked full time ever since. Moved to Lofoten, Norway in 2010. IFMGA Mountain Guide and Co-Owner of Northern Alpine Guides with my wife.
Stiff enough to drive a solid ski yet has a great walk/uphill range of motion.
4. How long have you been riding for Dalbello?
Since 2013 with Volkl Norway.
5. What age did you start skiing?
Grew up on a snowboard from the age of 9-24. Switched to skiing in order to complete my Full Mountain certification and have only snowboarded a hand full of days ever since.
Passing my IFMGA ski exam having only skied for 3 full seasons.

Father/Husband, Business Owner, Photography, Mountain Biking, Builder, and climbing/skiing of coarse.

Moving in the mountains is the best training for moving in the mountains.

18. How did you become involved in Ski Touring?
Stared with split boarding in 1997. I had to cut my snowboard in half. Climbed and snowboarded many the Volcanoes and high peaks of Washington State/BC.

The one I just completed. Too many to list.
20. What is in your pack when you go out ski touring?
Rescue equipment for avalanche and injury, camera, warm Jacket/hat/gloves, goggles/sunglasses, first-aid kit, thermos, candy.
